Simon Coupe
Managing Director & Senior Solicitor
Simon, LLB (Hons), who has been recognised in the Good Lawyer Guide for outstanding legal practice, is highly qualified in Family Law with considerable experience involving both married and cohabiting couples and particularly financial issues and equitable interest cases, including one decided in the Court of Appeal, which is a quoted case in this area of law.
He is an advanced member of the Law Society Family Law Panel and Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association). He is also a member of the Legal Service Commission Appeals Committee and formerly a Senior Peer Reviewer.
Simon qualified as a solicitor in 1977 at the University of Wales, Cardiff. He is a past president of the Blackpool and Fylde Law Society and is currently the Society’s treasurer.
