Lucy Shackleton

Solicitor

Lucy is a Family Solicitor who qualified in September 2023, having completed her LL.M Legal Practice Course at the University of Central Lancashire. She did so following her graduation at the University of York, where she studied her LLB Honours in Law.

Lucy works closely alongside Senior Solicitor and Managing Director, Simon Coupe, on Family matters, advising on Matrimonial Affairs and Private Children work.

Lucy has experience in a wide range of matters, including divorce proceedings, financial applications, and arrangements for children. Whilst Lucy is qualified and deals with matters independently, she continues to work alongside her mentor to maintain her growth in experience with high asset and complex cases. Such involvement allows her to provide clients with a flexible point of contact, having a background to each individual’s matter. She is keen to tailor her service to each clients’ needs and takes both a sensitive and sensible approach when advising and acting on their behalf.
